We're Nick and Mike Faley, grandson and grandfather, founders of N & M Construction. Back in 2020, during the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine, many of us found ourselves with too much time on our hands and not enough things to use them for. To pass the time over the summer, however, my grandfather and I started to meet up and work on small woodworking projects commissioned to us. Week after week, project after project, we decided to finally create our own company:
